Common questions
I paid but no email arrived
It is almost always sitting in spam, or in the Promotions tab if you use Gmail. Search your inbox for our name. If it really is not there, use the box above — it sends everything again straight away.
How do I get my files?
Every order is an instant download. The email has a button that opens a page with your files on it. Nothing is posted to you.
My download link stopped working
Links expire after a week for security. Use the box above and you will get a fresh one in under a minute.
What can I do with the designs?
Print them, use them at home, and give printed copies as gifts. You cannot resell the files themselves. The full terms are on our License & Usage page.
Can I get a refund?
Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, so we do not refund a change of mind. If a file is faulty or will not open, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
Can you make a design I cannot find?
Yes, please ask. We read every request and it is where a lot of our new designs come from.
