Getting your files
Where is my download?
Straight after payment you get an email with your download link, and the same links appear on screen. If the email hasn't arrived within ten minutes, check your spam and promotions folders first — that is where it usually is.
I've lost my download email. What now?
Use Get my downloads. Put in the email address you paid with and we'll send your links again. Your purchase never expires, so you can do this whenever you need.
How long do the links last?
Each link works for a limited time so it can't be passed around, but you can always ask for a fresh one. You never lose access to something you've bought.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account to create and no password to remember. You buy, and the files arrive by email.
The files themselves
What file formats do I get?
Every product page lists its exact formats under What's included. Most designs come as high-resolution JPEG or PNG, printable art also comes as PDF, and SVG products include cut-ready SVG files.
Will the wallpapers fit my phone?
Yes. Wallpaper packs include every design at five phone sizes — iPhone Pro Max, iPhone Pro, iPhone, Samsung Galaxy Ultra and Android Universal — so you set the one that matches your screen.
Can I print these at home?
Yes. Printable designs are made at a resolution that holds up on a home printer and at a print shop. Print on the heaviest paper your printer takes for the best result.
Is anything posted to me?
No. Everything here is a digital file you download. Nothing is shipped, so there is no delivery to wait for and no postage to pay.
Using and sharing
Can I use the designs commercially?
Your purchase includes a personal-use licence — for your own home, gifts and family. If you want to sell something made with a design, email us and we'll arrange a commercial licence.
Can I share the files with a friend?
Please don't. Each purchase is for one household. If a friend loves it, sending them the product link means the shop can keep making new designs.
Payment and refunds
How can I pay?
Card or PayPal. Your card details go straight to the payment provider and are never stored by this shop.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital files can't be returned, so sales are final once the download has been delivered. We always fix faulty files, duplicate charges and missing downloads — see the Refund Policy for the full detail.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal on their own secure systems. This shop never sees or stores your card number.
