Refund Policy

The short version

Digital files can't be returned, so all sales are final once your download has been delivered. By completing a purchase you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you waive any statutory withdrawal period that would otherwise apply to the extent permitted by law.

We will always help when

• A file is faulty or corrupted — we'll replace it, or refund you if we can't fix it.
• You were charged twice — we'll refund the duplicate right away.
• Your download never arrived — we'll resend it; check spam first, then contact us.
• You bought the same item twice by accident — we'll refund the duplicate.
