Every design is built around one lit sign — an arrow, an oval, a starburst — with a moulded Santa perched on it and bulbs chasing round the border. Behind sits a low motel or diner, a parked car with tail fins, snow banked at the kerb.
The sky is doing as much work as the neon: teal, violet and hot pink, that short window just after sunset when signage looks its best.

Does it look American?
Yes, specifically 1950s roadside. It is the most stylised pack in the shop.

The glow is warm and contained to the sign, not the whole frame.
